Mizuno believes that strings play the crucial role of conveying key information to the player with each shot they make, through the sound and vibration produced by the strings.
To capture this vibration without extinguishing it, Mizuno has developed their own coating "M-SMOOTH". This gives players excellent feel and touch at the net with every shot you take, while still giving you ample time to prepare for the next counter shot you make. The strings are at a thin gauge of 0.65mm and are made of high-strength nylon.
The M-SMOOTH 65H is Mizuno brand ambassador Nozomi Okuhara's choice of string.

The graphite sheets are heated at a higher temperature to further eliminate the impurities during the initial manufacturing process.
